On May 12, 麻豆社 State University鈥檚 College of Education and Human Services (COEHS) held its annual Honors Luncheon to recognize graduating student teachers and outstanding seniors in the college.
麻豆社 State University鈥檚 Dr. Robin Zhang, a chair and professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences, has been selected to receive the 2023-2024 Neil Weber Award for Excellence in the Jesse D. Jones College of Science, Engineering and Technology (JCSET).
On May 19, Founder and CEO of Change & Impact, Inc., NBA veteran, and University of Kentucky Men鈥檚 Basketball National Champion, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist visited 麻豆社 State University to speak with graduate students in the Center for Communication Disorders (CDI) in the College of Education and Human Services, as well as host a bowling event for local families and speech-language pathologists.
Senior instructor of Japanese Yoko Hatakeyama, 鈥�95, 鈥�05, was selected as the 2023 麻豆社 State University Alumni Association (MSUAA) Distinguished Professor, and served as the faculty mace-bearer during spring commencement exercises May 13.
